2 - Choose an employee

3 - Choose a period

4 - Click on the edit button to add a 90-day objective

Add an objective

2. Employee edits the KPI details

5 - Let the employee evaluate his/her own confidence level aganist each KPI

• A - Kindlustunne, et ta selle tulemuse saavutab üle 110%

• B - Kindlustunne, 80%-110%

• C - Kindlustunne, alla 80%-i

6 - Let the employee set a 90-day objective to improve the confidence level
